Terms and conditions

  • Payments via Paypal or Ko-fi.

  • When you agree with the service you pay half of the price and when I finish you pay the rest.

  • Full payment is required when you agree with services for daily tasks.

  • No refunds unless the pilot cancels the service.

  • Payment methods can be discussed if needed (changed to genesis crystals pack of the same value, as an example), contact me for more info.

  • Open to all servers.

  • The account password should be changed through the piloting period for security purposes, please, I recommend activating two factor authentication (2FA).

  • I recommend you to set up a user, this way you don't have to share your email address with me.

Owner and Pilot rights:

OWNER
- to privacy;
- to be informed of piloting process;
- a refund ONLY in case of the pilot canceling the service — no refunds if the owner cancels the service;
- to negotiate a payment price or method — must be negotiated before the service begins;

PILOT
- to privacy
- to flexibility of schedule — we can arrange times;
- to reject a service or client — no need to explain reasons;
- to post about the service (proofs, receipts and conversations screenshots) — without showing the client identity;
